Lilian Chesneau Ciccarelli - Hi ✦ I'm Lilian.I design products people understand on the first try.
Welcome to my little code lines on the internet.
Geneva-based product designer working across the full cycle - user research, design systems, and front-end. The tokens are named properly, I promise .
Featured Projects
Twiggli
Product design for a family-sharing mobile app - helping parents and kids stay connected through shared memories, routines, and thoughtful UX.
Hikeup
Web design and UX for an outdoor adventure platform - connecting hikers with guided trails and local experts through intuitive interface design and visual storytelling.
I design details no one noticesand that's the whole point.
I've spent 3+ years shaping products end to end - user interviews, a 120+ component Figma library, the token system two teams still build on, and the CSS that ships it. Same habit every time: understand how the thing already works before I touch it.
Design systems are the part I actually specialize in. One token system, two teams building on it, and handoff friction down an estimated 30% once every decision pointed at the same source. That's the real value of consistency: fewer new arguments per screen.
I notice the details that go unnoticed when they're right: an error label, the timing on a transition, what a component gets named. None of it shows up in a screenshot. All of it shows up in whether a product feels considered or just functions.
I'm fluent in Figma and comfortable in Vue and React, and I'd rather sit next to a developer than throw a spec over a wall. Design and engineering are solving the same problem whether they admit it or not, and that's where I do my best work.

I spend most of my time at the intersection of design systems, front-end thinking, and user research.
